About the role:
As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process, including customer billing, vendor invoice validation, purchase order management, and project administration. Working closely with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure efficient operations and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced international environment.

About the role:
As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process, including customer billing, vendor invoice validation, purchase order management, and project administration. Working closely with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure efficient operations and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced international environment.
In this role you will get to:
- Billing customers
- Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
- Overseeing entire sales/purchase process:
- Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors
- Communication with the customers and vendors
- Obtaining, managing and tracking customers’ purchase orders
- Coordinating between global management and local management
- Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update and monitor the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system
- Administrative support to various departments in the company, including operations, marketing and human resources.
What we are looking for:
- Mandatory Experience:
- Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
- Business administration experience
- Experience working for a global organization
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
- Advantage: Degree in Business / Economics / Law.
- Language Skills:
- English: Fluent (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- Advantage: Proficient in Portuguese and/or Spanish
- Work Time Zone:
- Flexible and available to work during U.S. business hours
- Personal Skills:
- Highly organized
- Politely Assertive
- Effective communicator (verbal and written)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Highly independent, proactive, and self-motivated
