We are currently looking for German-speaking AMS Consultant to be part of AMS EMEA team!

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.
  • Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage.
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-ons.
  • Wide experience in Beas with manufacturing background is a must.
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One support is a must.
  • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server.
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades.
  • Strong IT consulting background.
  • Wide experience in Crystal Reports is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in ELO & Coresuites is an advantage.
  • Experience in SAP Business One implementation is an advantage.
Language skills:
  • English: Fluent / Native
  • German: Fluent / Native
Personal Skills:
  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team in a remote working environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities.
  • Service and customer orientation – Mandatory.
