We are currently looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to be part of our EMEA team!
The Sales Administration Specialist (EMEA) will assist in managing the administration of our operations in Europe.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire sales/purchase process for the assigned business unit(s):
· Communication with customers and vendors
· Obtaining, managing, and tracking of customers’ purchase orders
- Coordinating between global and local management.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update, and supervise the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system
- Billing customers
- Various Sales Administration tasks on demand
- Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
- Administrative support to various departments in the company including operations, marketing and human resources
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
- Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
- Business administration experience
- Experience working for a global organization
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
- Advantage: Degree in Business / Economics / Law
Language skills:
- Mandatory: Fluency in English
- Proficiency in another language is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
- Home Office Position (work in European time-zone)
