About the role:

We're looking for a SAP Business One Support Consultant (Thai-speaking) in Thailand who will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and application requirements, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and explore effective solutions. You will also conduct training sessions, provide practical workarounds, and showcase new features or modules to help customers optimize their application usage and achieve greater value from the product.

In this role you will get to:

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Detect issues, troubleshoot, and investigate ways to resolve.
  • Conduct training, offer workarounds, and present new features or modules to enhance customer’s application usage.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-Ons
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation
  • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades

Technical Skills:

  • SAP B1
  • MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge on deployments in Cloud environment
Language skills:
  • Thai: Native
  • English: Fluent / Native

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities
