We are currently looking for Global Legal Counsel to be part of our team!

Summary
Global Legal Counsel will work with our clients, vendors, and team members around the world on a variety of legal issues including commercial, compliance, and operations. As an individual contributor, the person in this role will be overseeing important cross-functional legal matters in order to protect the company and enhance its legal processes.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements and contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
• Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycles tracking.
• Partnering with various departments in the company worldwide such as sales, operations, marketing, human resources, and others to provide guidance on legal matters.
• Creating and maintaining legal policies and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and company directions.

Requirements and qualifications
Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of legal experience gained in in-house legal environment from international companies.
• Experience and expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to software and professional services.
• Experience in independently managing complex processes as well as collaborating within a team in a fast-paced international business environment.

Qualification:

• Law degree from an accredited institution or equivalent legal qualifications.

Language Skills:

• Mandatory: Fluent written and oral English.
• Advantage: Fluency in another language (such as German, Portuguese, French, etc.).

Personal Skills:

• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills, resourceful, and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Highly independent, responsive, and proactive.
• Maintain high performance standards when under pressure.
