About the role:

We are seeking an experienced AMS Senior Consultant to support SAP Business One applications globally. You will troubleshoot technical issues, analyze customer requirements, and deliver optimization solutions. This position requires strong SAP Business One expertise and excellent communication skills.

In this role you will get to: 
  • Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.  
  • Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.  
  • Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules to enhance customers’ application usage. 

What we are looking for:
  • Experience: 
    • 3+ years’ experience in SAP Business One support or implementation 
    • 5+ years’ experience in ERP support or implementation 
    • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core AddOns 
    • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports 
    • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades 
    • Finance and/or Manufacturing background and/or Cloud Infrastructure - Advantage 
 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • SAP B1: SQL & SAP HANA
    • MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports 
    • Knowledge of deployments in the Cloud environment  
 
  • Language skills: 
    • English 
    • Additional languages are advantageous (especially French or German)
 
  • Personal Skills:  
    • Service and customer orientation 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team 
    • Self-motivated, fast learner, and ability of multi-tasking
