We are currently looking for Regional HR Specialist for our HR team! This role will have a presence across three different regions when it comes to HR operations with a main focus on handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for APAC and EMEA.

Key duties and responsibilities
Experience:
We are currently looking for Regional HR Specialist for our HR team! This role will have a presence across three different regions when it comes to HR operations with a main focus on handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for APAC and EMEA.
Summary
You will manage all HR functions in the assigned region(s) to ensure optimal experience for our team members with a focus on talent acquisition and learning & development for global workforce.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for APAC and EMEA.
- Developing sourcing and engagement strategies for assigned regions that aim at developing relationships with talents to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating L&D programs for global teams across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
- Coordinate regional training initiatives.
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding by providing proactive HR support and advice to team members in relation to all HR processes such as engagement, performance management, and compensation & benefits for assigned region(s).
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on managing all HR functions.
- Proven experience in recruiting niche talents across different regions in the IT industry or ERP fields.
- Proven experience in managing all HR functions.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle across different functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in either of the 3 regions, i.e. Americas, Asia, and Europe.
- English: Business level (written and spoken)
- Any additional language is an added advantage.
- Self-starter, proactive, and result oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
