About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP presales, project management, and account management with a deep understanding of local and overseas business landscape in ERP sphere.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy to drive growth in Vietnam.
- Manage, develop, and mentor local consulting teams by nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Foster strong relationship with key customers and partners.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients together with generating new businesses.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Key person for CRM, escalations, and opportunities in Vietnam.
- Responsible for the budget and P&L for the business unit.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in Vietnam.
What we’re looking for
Experience:
- Experience in pre-sales, project management, and account management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Demonstrable experience in driving sales and achieving business development goals.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese business culture is a plus.
- Experience working in both Vietnam and overseas countries is advantageous.
- Proven experience in team management.
Language skills:
- English: Fluent / Native
- Additional languages such as Vietnamese are an advantage.
Others:
- Reside in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Willingness and the ability to travel.
