About the role:

We're looking for a SAP Business One Support Consultant in Mexico who will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and application requirements, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and explore effective solutions. You will also conduct training sessions, provide practical workarounds, and showcase new features or modules to help customers optimize their application usage and achieve greater value from the product.

In this role you will get to:

  • Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.  
  • Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.  
  • Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules to enhance customers’ application usage. 
What we are looking for:

Experience: 
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core AddOns 
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation 
  • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports 
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades 
  • IT consulting background 
  • Manufacturing background - Advantage 
   Technical Skills: 
  • SAP B1  
  • MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports 
    Language skills: 
  • English: Excellent written and spoken 
  • Spanish - Required
    Personal Skills:  
  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities 
  • Service and customer orientation – Mandatory 
  • Self-organized
